2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the delay of 64 days in preferring the Second Appeal against the Judgment and Decree 23.08.2023 made in A.S.No.48 of 2019 on the file of the 1 st Additional District Judge, Salem is condoned.
