ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to update the petitioner's Natham Manual Patta No.960 and Settlement Document No.2533/2020 in the Tamil Nilam Online Portal for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 26.10.2025, 10.11.2025 and 15.12.2025.

2. The petitioner (Party-in-Person) claims that he is the owner of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and he is in possession of the same. He has already obtained a Natham Manual Patta No.960 in his favour for the subject property. He seeks for a computerized patta recorded in the Tamil Nilam Online Portal for the very same property. He had given representations on 26.10.2025, 10.11.2025 and 15.12.2025 to the official respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. Since no adverse order is passed against the 6th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 6th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the 6th respondent and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations, dated 26.10.2025, 10.11.2025 and 15.12.2025 seeking for issuance of computerized patta for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration Page No.3 of 6

to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the 6th respondent or any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
