O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to transfer HMOP.No.886 of 2022 on the file of Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to the Family Court at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has fairly submitted that he has no objection for withdrawal of the case from the file of Family Court, Nagercoil. However, the counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that in the interest of both parties, the said OP may please be transferred to the Subordinate Court, Alandur. The learned counsel for the petitioner, after getting instructions from the petitioner submitted that she has no objection to transfer the case to the Subordinate Court, Alandur.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. HMOP.No.886 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil, and transferred to the file of Subordinate Court, Alandur and the same shall be disposed of in 2 / 4

accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
