S.Mariaprakasam 10.R.Jeeva ..Respondents Common Prayer: These Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd Respondent made in the panel drawn as on 01.01.2009 and quash the same in so far as inclusion of Respondents 4 to 10 over and above the Petitioners are concerned and consequently directing the Respondents 2 and 3 to prepare a panel for B.T.Teacher consisting of person who are eligible to be promoted as Head Masters of middle School in Perundurai Panchayat Union and Anthiyur Union respectively as on 01.01.2009 by placing the Petitioners over and above the Respondents 4 to 10, i.e. over and above the direct recruits who were given regular appointments on 01.06.2003 and 01.06.

2006 respectively and consequently effect promotions according to the said panel. For Petitioners : Mr.M.K.Sathish (in both WPs) For Respondents : Mr.V.Nanmaran, Addl Govt Pleader for R1 to R3 (in both WPs) : Mr.S. Mohana Sundaram for R4, R5 & R7 in W.P.No.8793 of 2009 : and For R4 to R10 in W.P.No.

COMMON ORDER Today, when these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners has informed this Court that pending writ petitions, the petitioners were promoted as Head Masters in the School, therefore nothing survives for adjudication in these writ petitions.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
