Present revision has been filed to strike off the plaint in O.S.No.261 of 2019, on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ambattur.

2. When this matter was taken up, Mr.S.Ramani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted that though the revision has been filed to strike off the plaint, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the suit at the earliest point of time.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, present revision is dismissed. However, considering the fact that the suit is for injunction and that already the pleadings are completed, the learned District Munsif, Ambattur is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.261 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this order. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
