Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in his letter in Na.Ka.04/2017/A dated 16.02.2018 directing to the petitioner to forward the information sought by the 3rd respondent quash the same holding that the petitioner Milk Producer Co Operative Society registered under the Tamilnadu Co Operative Societies Act will not fall within the definition of Public authority as defined under section 2(h) of the RTI Act. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the 2nd respondent in his letter in Na.Ka.04/2017/A dated 16.02.2018 directing the petitioner to forward the information sought by the 3rd respondent and to quash the same holding that the petitioner Milk Producer Co Operative Society registered under the Tamilnadu Co Operative Societies Act will not fall within the definition of Public authority as defined under section 2(h) of the RTI Act.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Tamilvendan has produced the information that had been sought for by the 3rd respondent. Mr.Rajendran appearing for the 3rd respondent has received the records. As the

request of the 3rd respondent which was the subject matter of the writ petition has been complied with, nothing further need to be done, other than recording the handing over of all the records the 3rd respondent had sought for. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
