When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Mr.Babu Muthu Meeran, Learned Additional Public Prosecutor that C.S.R.No.192 of 2013 has already been closed as early as in the year 2014 and that the same could not be brought to the attention of this Court, when the matter was heard on 01.06.2021. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that the Petitioner may be permitted to file private petition or private complaint and the Contempt Petition may be closed.

2.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed and the Petitioner is at liberty to file protest petition or private complaint in accordance with law, if the same is not barred by limitation. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
