The learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the name of the Court in Paragraph No.1 of the common judgment dated 07.07.2025 in Crl.A.Nos.757 and 750 of 2012 is wrongly mentioned as the ''learned II Additional Sub Judge (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai'' instead of ''learned XI Additional Special Judge, (CBI Cases relating to Banks and Financial Institutions), Chennai", therefore, prays to change the same in the common judgment dated 07.07.2025 in Crl.A.Nos.757 and 750 of 2012.
