O R D E R

The order passed by the first respondent/Assistant Commissioner of Labour (Conciliation-I) in File No.736 of 2011 is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.

2. The impugned order which is enclosed in page No.6 of the typed set of papers filed along with the writ petition reveals that certain workmen were declared as protected workmen in the writ petitioner/Management. However, the order clearly states that "this order shall have effect for a period of six months from the date of this order or till 30th September 2012 which is earlier". Therefore, the validity of the impugned order dated 30.12.2011 expired long back, during the year 2012 itself. Thus, the impugned order, as of now, is not in force and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
