C.M.P.No.6158 of 2018 in C.M.A.SR.No.36778 of 2017 S. RAMATHILAGAM, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 232 days in filing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 232 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Buildings, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. Further, the petitioner is also not permitted to claim any interest in respect of the delay period in filing the appeal.
