ORDER

This Sub Application has been filed to re-open the Contempt Petition No.1148 of 2020, disposed on 08.01.2021, to adjudicate the contempt proceedings against the respondents.

2. On 08.01.2021, this Court passed the following order in Cont.P.No.1148 of 2020 :

"The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.01.2020 in WMP No.1025 of 2020 in WP No.853 of 2020. 2.This Court passed an interim order in the writ petition directing the respondent not to finalize the appointment. 3.An affidavit has been filed by the 2nd respondent to the effect that the selection process alone is in progress and the appointment has not been finalized. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent also made it clear that the respondent will not finalize the appointment without further orders being passed by this Court.

4. Recording the affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent and the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, this contempt petition is disposed of.
