ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 22.10.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24903 of 2025, thereby directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed order by the proceedings dated 13.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the order dated 13.03.2026 before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
