ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the policy decision of the Government has been changed and new regulations have been introduced. Therefore, the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the appellate authority for appropriate remedy.

2. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
