The Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to receive and taken on file of the complaint filed in C.C.No.31299 of 2014.

2.It is seen from the report that the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.31299 of 2014, on the file of the XXII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bangalore, has not been transferred to the said Court.

3.It is also seen that the petitioner/complainant is not represented the case in C.C.No.31299 of 2014 before the Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

4.With the above observation, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is dismissed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
