By an order dated 20.11.2013, this Court allowed the Original Application No.479 of 2012 and ordered to issue Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioners herein and also by directing them to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- in favour of the Assistant Registrar (O.S.II), High Court, Madras 104.

The first petitioner is the mother and other petitioners are her children in the Original Application. It is stated that after the order passed by this Court on 20.11.2013, the first petitioner, namely, the mother died in Mumbai on 24.12.2014, leaving the petitioners 2 to 4 as her only legal representatives.

It is further stated that the second petitioner's husband became ill and she had to look after him, who subsequently, died in Mumbai and in the mean time, the limit for executing the bond, has expired. Therefore, the present three applications are filed seeking for permission to the

tsi/srn petitioners 2 to 4 to execute the bond pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 20.11.2013, granting the Letters of Administration; to extend the time to execute the bond; and to permit the petitioners 2 to 4 to execute the bond.

Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and upon being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is of the considered view that these applications can be ordered, in view of the fact that there are no other legal heirs of the deceased first petitioner. Accordingly, all the three applications are allowed and the time for execution of the bond is extended till 30.06.2015.
