2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory, however, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4.The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
