Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent had contacted him yesterday and had informed him that the respondent will be surrendering the vehicle to the applicant.

If the respondent fails to surrender the vehicle before the next hearing date, this Application shall stand automatically closed by granting liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application seeking for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to repossess the vehicle from the respondent.
