PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the file of the 4th respondent relating to the Government Order (1D).No.479 dated 23.11.2009, conforming the order of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.La.1/6562/2005/Ni.Aa. dated 15.04.2005, confirming the order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.A.3/6136/04 dated 08.11.2004, confirming the order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.E.3/10339/2003, dated 24.06.2004 and quash the same and issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus to pass consequential order of promotion in his regular seniority as though there was no disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
