This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register a case based on the direction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.12213 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the direction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Thiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.12213 of 2024 dated 23.10.2024, the respondent had registered the FIR in Crime No.43 of 2025 dated 02.02.2025.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
