Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents herein relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.B1/1802/2010, dated 18.8.2010 and quash the same directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to continue to supply paddy and accept the resultant rice in accordance with agreement dated 8.2.2010.
