This petition is filed to punish the respondent for violation and disobedience of the order dated 17.03.2023, passed in Crl.O.P.No.6112 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report has been filed in this case through efiling. 3.In view of the filing of the final report, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Therefore, this petition is closed.
