respondents to provide uninterrupted electricity supply to the petitioner mill situated at Pudusuripalayam, Nambiyur-638 458 in terms of the agreements executed between the parties in respect of wind mill energy.

Today when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the above writ petitions has become infructuous.
