O R D E R
The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of DVC No.3 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.
3. A perusal of the A-Diary extract that has been produced would show that the delay has also been on the side of the petitioner, who, after partly examining herself as P.W.1, has been taking time from 05.04.2024 till 24.01.2025. Therefore, the allegation that the delay is on the part of the Court does not merit consideration. However, considering the fact that the DVC proceedings has been pending since 2022, upon the petitioner concluding her evidence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur shall endeavour to dispose of DVC.No.3 of 2022 within a period of 4 months therefrom. 2/4
4. With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
