(CRIME NO. 1020/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the 1st and 2nd petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m. until further orders and 3rd to 6th petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20865 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SAKKARAPANI, Advocate for the Petitioners and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the 1st and 2nd petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 05.30 p.m. until further orders and 3rd to 6th petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20865 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20865 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
