Today, when these matters came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in both petitions submits that pending the Writ Petitions, the reliefs sought for by the petitioners have become infructuous and to that effect, he also made an endorsement in both petitions. 3. In view of the above, nothing survives in these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
