Though the company applications were listed for hearing, learned counsels appearing for the parties produced a copy of the order passed in O.S.A.No.279 of 2005 dated 06.01.2011 by which the winding up order made in C.P.No.89 of 2000 was set aside. It has also been informed by the learned counsels that the matter has been amicably settled.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant in C.A.Nos.1380 and 1381 of 2009 has made an endorsement stating that the matter has been settled and the applications may be permitted to be withdrawn.
