2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff that the order dated 25.09.2019 in A.No.4083 of 2019 was made ready by the Registry only two day back and hence, the time stipulated in the order, would not be complied with. Hence, the learned counsel seeks further time for presenting the application before the Coimbatore Court.

4. Taking note of the fact that the order copy was made ready only two days back, the plaintiff is permitted to re-present the application before the said Court on or before 20.12.2019.

5. It is further pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for 1/3

the plaintiff that there is a typographic mistake in the cause title of the order dated 25.09.2019, which has to be corrected.

6. Accordingly, in the cause title of the said order, in the place where it is stated as ''Trading as Shar Industries'', it shall be read as ''Trading as Sharp Industries''.

7. In all other aspects, the order dated 25.09.2019 shall remain intact.

28.11.2019 Note:Registry is directed to carry out the above correction and issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
