This Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and file a final report in Crime No.80 of 2017, in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Sarfudeen Ali Ahamed, the learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr. M.Mohammed Riyaz the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.80 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.
