Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to Na.Ka.En.2037/2009/E-1, dated 06.05.2009 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and offending Articles 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India and further direct the respondent to issue order of appointment to the petitioner for Pipeline Fitter-II grade, pursuant to the interview conducted on 05.09.2007.
