ORDER
This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent dated 31.03.2010 and for a consequential relief to the petitioner under the rehabilitation package scheme.
2.Heard Mrs.R.T.Sundari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4 and Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for R5. 3.At the time when this writ petition was entertained, it was tagged along with W.P.Nos.6194 to 6197 of 2011 since the very same impugned order was challenged in those writ petitions also. It is now brought to the notice of this Court that those writ petitions came to be dismissed by this Court by an order dated 09.07.2012. The reasoning that has been given in those orders will equally apply to the facts of the present case also and there is no ground for coming to a different conclusion in the case of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
