This petition is filed to amend the offence in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.169 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 as the one under Section 310(2) of BNS 2023 instead of Section 309(4) of BNS, 2023.

2.This petition is ordered as prayed for and two weeks time is extended to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.169 of 2025 dated 21.01.2025 from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the order granting anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed and no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.
