Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that challenging the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.18285 of 2013 dated 11.10.2013, the respondent department has preferred an appeal before the Division Bench and the appeal was disposed. However, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the contempt petition.
