2026-02-09Honourable Mr.Justice P.B. Balaji1 pages

3 CMP.No.3206 of 2026 in CRP.SR.No.199353 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J.

This petition has been filed seeking leave of this Court to challenge the Lok Adalat Award dated 08.12.2018 passed in L.A.Case No.214 of 2018, organised by the Sathyamangalam Legal Services Committee in O.S.No.168 of 2018 on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Sathyamangalam. 2.Heard Mr.K.Vasanthanayagan, the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' property has been erroneously included in the Lok Adalat award behind the back of the petitioners, which has necessitated them to challenge the said award by way of the present Civil Revision Petition, since they were not parties either to the suit or to the award. Hence, the petitioners seek leave of this Court to prefer the present Civil Revision Petition. 4.Considering the above submissions, this Court is satisfied that the petitioners have made out a case for grant of leave to challenge the Lok Adalat award and this petition is ordered as prayed for.

09.02.2026 kv Note: Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 10.02.2026.
