ORDER
When this civil revision petition is taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, sought permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, this civil revision petition is dismissed, however, considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2013, the learned I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Judge is further directed to consider the objection submitted by the petitioner to the report filed by the Advocate Commissioner at the time of judgement. No costs. Consequently, connected CMP is closed.
