Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to alter petitioner's records on the basis of the certificate issued by the third respondent by altering the petitioner's community as Scheduled Caste Community in the records of the second respondent in Employment Registration No.W.6894/89 and also in W.1767/97 from the date of Registration i.e., 07.09.1989.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to alter
her records on the basis of the certificate issued by the third respondent by altering her community as Scheduled Caste Community in the records of the second respondent in Employment Registration No.W.6894/89 and also in W.1767/97 from the date of Registration i.e., on 07.09.1989.
2. Heard Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that she belongs to Pallar Community notified as Scheduled caste Community. In the year 1985-1986, she completed S.S.L.C and registered with the District Employment office in the year 1989 and thereafter she completed Teacher Training Course and she went to register the same. Later, she came to know that her community has been wrongly mentioned as Vellala Gounder instead of Pallar community in the Transfer certificate. She sent a representation to the second respondent on 19.10.2004 and also to the first respondent to change her community. Since no action was taken, the writ petition is filed.

Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by producing a letter of the second respondent would state that the community of the petitioner was changed on 09.02.2007, after getting report from the Tahsildar, Namakkal District, dated 02.08.2005. It is further stated that the petitioner is now working as a Drawing Master in the Government School.

In the light of the above submission and the letter produced by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Court is of the considered opinion that no further adjudication is necessary in this Writ Petition.
