Respondents Prayer: Writ Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in NEEDs No.44/D2/2016-17, dated 01.03.2018 passed by the 1st respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to disburse the subsidy amount of Rs.1,15,000/- towards 25% of the bill amount of Rs.4,61,147/- paid by the 2nd respondent under the New Entrepreneur Cum Enterprise Development Scheme(NEEDS).
