2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that petition enquiry in CSR.No.7 of 2022 is pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the completion of enquiry, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner.
