The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records from the 1st respondent relating to impugned order dated 08.06.2010 vide letter No.Na.Ka.Vi.ni./3(3) 28283/2010 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pass an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructous since the petitioner has superannuated from service as early as on 30.06.2010. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication and this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
