This petition has been filed to register the case on the basis of the complaint given to the respondent on 11.04.2016 in CSR No.349/2016 investigate and file a final report u/s 173 Cr.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 11.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.349/2016 and the same was closed.
