When the matter is taken up today, it is reported that pursuant to the investigation, the respondent has filed a Final Report in CC No.295 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

2. In view of the same, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous and hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the Final Report, if it is advised to do so. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
