Heard Mr.C.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. The petitioner has to challenge the order passed by the Court below in Crl MP No.2601 of 2023 in CC No.70 of 2022 and only then, the request made by the petitioner can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh criminal original petition by seeking for appropriate relief.
