Writ Petition filed under Art.226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner representations dated 12.9.2005 12.10.2005 and 27.4.2006 as the case may be according to section 72 of the Indian Post Office Act 1898 and section 197 of the Criminal Code Procedure 1973 and further direct the respondent-1 to provide compensation Rs.10 lakhs and exemplary cost of Rs.2 Lakh to the petitioner for violating the Public Law duty and for performance of duty in the manner of arbitrary, capricious and oppressive by the respondents even after filed W.P.No.5619 of 2004 and that amount may be recovered from the respondents who are responsible for illegal torts.
