It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, despite the best efforts taken by the counsel, no instructions has been received from the petitioners. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of these writ petitions by recording the aforesaid statement.
2. Recording the said submission, the writ petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution and for no instructions for a long time, however with a liberty to the petitioners to restore the writ petition if they are willing to restore the same in future. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
