Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1889/2004/A5, dated 29.10.2010 and confirmed in appeal by the 1st respondent in G.O.(10 years) No.231 MAWS (TP4) Department dated 29.04.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.04.2004 together with pension and other terminal benefits.

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1889/2004/A5, dated 29.10.2010 and confirmed in appeal by the 1st respondent in G.O.(10 years) No.231 MAWS (TP4) Department dated 29.04.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to retire from service with effect from 31.04.2004 together with pension and other terminal benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that long before the entire bundle was handed over to the petitioner. Even till today, the petitioner did not engage any counsel on his behalf to represent before this Court. It shows that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
