This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent police for the Contempt of Court for deliberate and willful disobedience of orders passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.21515 of 2021 dated 10.08.2022, thereby 1/4

the respondent was directed to file final report in crime No.211 of 2018 within a time frame

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that in the aforesaid FIR, final report was filed on 20.04.2025 as undetected and also the referred charge sheet was served on the petitioner.
