ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to forebear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition and consequently to direct the first respondent to take necessary action against the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024.
2. The petitioner claims that she is the owner of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. However, the same is disputed by the fifth respondent as seen from the counter filed by the fifth respondent before this Court. Based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, the District Revenue Officer (DRO), Ranipet has already commenced proceedings to finally decide the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024 after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other third party, whom the DRO, Ranipet deems it fit to enquire.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents also submits that the DRO, Ranipet will hold a proper enquiry after hearing the objections of the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent and any other third party, whom the DRO, Ranipet deems it fit to enquire and pass final orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent have also submitted before this Court that the petitioner and the fifth respondent shall cooperate with the said enquiry conducted by the DRO, Ranipet. The said undertaking given by the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent is recorded.
5. Since the DRO, Ranipet, who is the Adjudicating Authority (Competent Authority) to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2024, this Court suo motu impleads the DRO, Ranipet as the party sixth respondent in this writ petition. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment accordingly. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the newly impleaded sixth respondent as well.

For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the newly impleaded sixth respondent (DRO, Ranipet) to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2024, seeking to forebear the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition after hearing the objections of the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. Both the petitioner and the fifth respondent are directed to submit written submissions before the newly impleaded sixth respondent if they deem it fit to do so. Till final orders are passed by the newly impleaded sixth respondent as directed by this Court within the time frame fixed by this Court, no coercive steps shall be taken by the official respondents against the petitioner. No Costs.
