These petitions are filed praying to order Substituted Service to the 6th respondent in C.M.A. No.343 of 2023 and to the respondents 1 to 4 (respondents 3 and 4 are minors represented by their mother and natural guardian) in C.M.A.No.335 of 2023 by way of paper publication in one issue of Malai Malar having circulation in Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered. The petitioner is directed to take paper publication in respect of the above mentioned respondents in the above appeals by 06.03.2026 in one issue of Malai Malar having circulation in Chennai.

3. Post these matters on 09.03.2026.
