ORDER

This petition is for modification of certain portions of the bail condition.

After hearing both sides, I am convinced that that certain conditions imposed on the petitioner causes him much hardship. It is pertinent to note that he has already been in jail for a long period, viz., 120 days.

In the facts and circumstances, the bail conditions imposed by the Mahila Court, Tiruvallur, in Crl.M.P.No.231 of 2015, dated 04.05.2015, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/-( Rupees Five Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the said Court and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent/Police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks, and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The sureties ordered are personal sureties.
