Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing first the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2021 and entertain the title deed and the same may be registered immediately.

ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2021 and entertain the Title Deed and the same may be registered immediately. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The short issue involved in this case is about refusal to register certain Sale Deed dated 18.08.2020 by the first respondent.

4. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Spl.Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent and made a statement that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the prayer is only to consider the representation made by the petitioner and if the document can be registered as per the provisions of the Indian Registration Act and the Rules made therein, it will be done so.

5. The said statement made by the learned Spl.Government Pleader is recorded.

6. The petitioner is also directed to present the document for consideration within a period of two weeks, upon which the first respondent is required to simultaneously take up the representation of the petitioner and if the sale deed dated 18.08.2020 is in order and registerable as per the statute, register the same forthwith.
