ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29242 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29242 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 is totally relaxed.
